It's copper free makeup means it's an ideal paint for all boat hull bottoms and outdrive units in low to moderate fouling environments. Shelter Island provides multi season antifouling protection against barnacles, algae and hydroids in salt and fresh water on boat bottoms. Its ablative copolymer base renders a smooth finish with durability and abrasion resistance. Biocide is released by the constant exposure of new paint film to the water.
